No Bake Energy Bites
READY IN 10 MINUTES | ABOUT 16 ENERGY BITES
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons cricket powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Place the pitted medjool dates in a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
